Winter 2003 |
1.
Please consult with the GE Area Chair as early as
possible, even in the initial planning stages, to
get feedback on your proposed GE course.
2. After consultation, email your
GE course proposal as early as possible to the
appropriate GE Area Chair and to gened@polymail.calpoly.edu.
This will allow sufficient time to resolve any
questions about your course.

Send email from Department Chair or Department
Curriculum Committee Chair (indicating that your
GE course proposal has been reviewed and endorsed)
to gened@polymail.calpoly.edu

You will receive an email indicating conditional
GE approval, which will also be posted
on the web site. |

have it considered for the 2005- 07 catalog.

2. Send one hard copy of your college-approved GE
course proposal (with all required signatures) to:
General Education Office
Academic Programs Annex
Building 43-1, room 357

GE
Office MUST
receive an email of your college-approved
GE course proposal, plus one signed hard copy, by
JUNE 1, 2004.
(This final version of your course proposal should
incorporate all changes recommended by the GE Committee
and by your College Curriculum Committee.)
